REGISTERED USERS AND ACCOUNT BALANCE Registered Users have the option to deposit funds into an account balance to pay for current or future purchases. Funds can be deposited via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Users have the right to withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements. Funds deposited into a user account may be used for purchases, but the user can also request withdrawals unless restricted by specific laws regarding dormant accounts or unclaimed funds. SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING The delivery time depends on the selected shipping company and the country of delivery. Customers receive tracking details via email.
MarsilaraShop is responsible for delivering products within the agreed timeframe. If there is a delay in delivery, customers have the right to request a remedy or cancel the order as stipulated by consumer protection laws.
Risk of loss or damage to the product remains with MarsilaraShop until the customer has physically received the order. Customers must notify MarsilaraShop of any loss or damage within 7 days of receiving the order, in accordance with § 446 BGB.
MarsilaraShop is not responsible for customs duties, local import taxes, or external factors such as strikes or natural disasters affecting delivery.
RETURNS
Return Due to Withdrawal Customers have 14 days to return an item if they change their mind. The product must be in its original condition. If the packaging is damaged, we still accept returns, but we may apply a deduction only if handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned item, in compliance with § 357 BGB. If the customer returns the entire order, the standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded (excluding premium shipping options). Return Due to Order Mistake If the received product does not match the order, customers must report it within 48 hours to receive a replacement.
WARRANTY POLICY All products sold come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors such as accidents or normal wear and tear. The warranty is applicable as long as the product is used in accordance with the instructions provided.
