Return policy

  1. Return due to withdrawal from the purchase of the product

    You can make a return by canceling your purchase (if you don't like the product, you expected something else or you simply want to return it) as long as it is within the 14-day period.

    Send us the following information to our website requesting the return: Return Request.

    In order for us to accept this return, the product must meet the following conditions:

    • It is necessary to return the same thing that has been delivered. Don't forget to include instructions and accessories in the box.
    • The packaging must be the original and be in the same condition in which you received it.
    • The product must be clean and in good condition.

    If you request a refund due to withdrawal and these conditions are met, only the collection costs will be deducted from the refund. These collection costs vary depending on the country.

    In the event of not complying with these conditions, we reserve the right to make a partial refund, discounting the loss of value that is a consequence of use not in accordance with the agreement or the nature of the product.

    Also, keep in mind that some products, by their very nature, have special return conditions. If you meet the conditions, we will send you a label to put on the package and we will pick it up.

  2. Return due to Product Broken/Damaged in Shipment

    Products may be damaged during shipping and may not arrive in perfect condition. You will have to fulfill two very important factors:

    • You have 48 hours from delivery of the order to report the incident.
    • Photograph both the condition of the product and the boxes and labels used by the courier. These pictures will serve as evidence to make various claims to the courier.
  3. Return due to product defect/failure. Warranty

    All our products come with a two-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defect. The date on the purchase invoice is the starting date of the warranty. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, impact, incorrect use or handling (except as indicated in instructions for use), incorrect installation, or normal wearout of materials.

    Once the product is received in our warehouses, the status of said product will be verified. Our technicians will identify the problem and carry out the repair or replacement with a new model.

    In the specific case of some products considered "expendable goods", such as batteries, it is not possible to use them properly according to their nature without consuming them. Therefore, the warranty is applied based on their fungible nature and their specific characteristics, such as useful life, specified charging cycles, etc.

  4. Return due to failed or misdirected order

    If you receive a product that does not correspond to what you purchased, it may be a packaging error or a mislabeling by the courier company. Remember that you have 48 hours to report the incident if this is your case.
